PassIt – AGB / Terms and Conditions

1. Anbieter und Geltungsbereich

PassIt wird von Max Turban, Oraniaweg 5a, 16515 Oranienburg, Deutschland, angeboten. Kontakt: contact@mturban.de. Diese Bedingungen beschreiben die Nutzung von PassIt und PassIt Pro. Angaben zu Version 2.0 gelten für diese Version ab ihrer Verfügbarkeit. Bestehende Verträge werden durch die Veröffentlichung dieser Seite nicht rückwirkend geändert. Für die Lizenzierung der über den App Store bezogenen App gilt zusätzlich Apples Standard-Endbenutzerlizenzvertrag (EULA); zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

2. Leistungen und Voraussetzungen

PassIt erstellt und verwaltet Apple Wallet-Pässe aus den von dir bereitgestellten Inhalten. Zum Signieren oder Aktualisieren werden erforderliche Inhalte an den Signierungsdienst übertragen; dafür ist eine Internetverbindung erforderlich. Lokale Entwürfe, Pässe, Bilder und Versionsverläufe werden auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Unterstützte Geräte und Betriebssystemversionen stehen im App Store. Die Verfügbarkeit einzelner Wallet-Funktionen hängt auch von Apple und deinem Gerät ab. PassIt ist ein unabhängiges Angebot und wird nicht von Apple betrieben.

3. Inhalte und Berechtigungen

Verwende nur Inhalte, Bilder und Kennungen, zu deren Nutzung und Weitergabe du berechtigt bist. PassIt darf nicht zur Täuschung, Fälschung oder Verletzung fremder Rechte verwendet werden. Das Erstellen oder Kopieren eines Wallet-Passes begründet keine neue Eintritts-, Mitgliedschafts-, Zahlungs- oder sonstige Berechtigung. Ob ein Pass akzeptiert wird, entscheidet der jeweilige Aussteller oder Veranstalter nach den zugrunde liegenden Bedingungen.

4. Kostenlose Nutzung und PassIt Pro

Die App bietet kostenlose Funktionen und zusätzliche, als PassIt Pro gekennzeichnete Funktionen. Den jeweils enthaltenen Leistungsumfang zeigt die App vor dem Kauf. In Version 2.0 gehören insbesondere der Import vorhandener PKPass-Dateien und das direkte Teilen von Passdateien zu PassIt Pro. Für neue Vorgänge mit Pro-Funktionen ist eine gültige Pro-Berechtigung erforderlich. Bereits lokal gespeicherte Pässe und separate Wallet-Kopien werden durch das Ende eines Abonnements nicht automatisch gelöscht.

5. Käufe, Abonnements und Kündigung

Preis, Währung, Abrechnungszeitraum und gegebenenfalls Einführungsangebote werden vor dem Kauf in der App und im Apple-Kaufdialog angezeigt. Maßgeblich sind die beim Kauf bestätigten Konditionen. Zahlungen werden über den App Store abgewickelt. Automatisch verlängerbare Abonnements verlängern sich gemäß den dort angezeigten Bedingungen, sofern du sie nicht rechtzeitig in deinen Apple-Abonnementeinstellungen kündigst. Dort kannst du auch die nächste Verlängerung einsehen. Das Löschen der App oder eines Passes kündigt kein Abonnement. Vorhandene Käufe lassen sich mit dem zugehörigen Apple-Account über die Wiederherstellungsfunktion erneut prüfen. Gesetzliche Widerrufs- und Erstattungsrechte bleiben unberührt; für die Abwicklung eines App-Store-Kaufs gelten auch die im Apple-Kaufprozess angezeigten Hinweise.

6. Speicherung, Teilen und Support

Bewahre wichtige Originalkarten und Berechtigungsnachweise auf und nutze geeignete Geräte-Backups. Beim Teilen übermittelst du die enthaltenen Daten an das von dir gewählte Ziel. Das Löschen aus PassIt entfernt keine Kopien in Apple Wallet, in Backups oder bei Empfängern. Bei Fehlern oder Fragen erreichst du den Support unter contact@mturban.de. 7. Gewährleistung und Haftung

Für Mängel und Schäden gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Gesetzliche Gewährleistungs-, Aktualisierungs- und Verbraucherrechte werden durch diese Bedingungen nicht eingeschränkt. Insbesondere werden weder die Haftung für Verletzungen von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit noch gesetzlich zwingende Haftungsansprüche ausgeschlossen. Technische Wartungen oder Störungen können die Verfügbarkeit vorübergehend beeinträchtigen; daraus folgt kein Ausschluss gesetzlicher Ansprüche.

PassIt is provided by Max Turban, Oraniaweg 5a, 16515 Oranienburg, Germany. Contact: contact@mturban.de. These terms describe the use of PassIt and PassIt Pro. References to version 2.0 apply to that version when it becomes available. Publishing this page does not retroactively change existing contracts. Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also governs the licence for the app obtained through the App Store. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Services and requirements

PassIt creates and manages Apple Wallet passes using content you provide. Creating or updating a signed pass sends the required content to the signing service and requires an internet connection. Local drafts, passes, images and version history are stored on your device. Supported devices and operating systems are listed in the App Store. Some Wallet features also depend on Apple and your device. PassIt is an independent service and is not operated by Apple.

3. Content and permissions

Only use content, images and identifiers that you are entitled to use and share. Do not use PassIt for deception, forgery or infringement of another person's rights. Creating or copying a Wallet pass does not create an admission, membership, payment or other entitlement. Acceptance is determined by the relevant issuer or organiser under the conditions of the underlying entitlement.

4. Free features and PassIt Pro

The app provides free features and additional features marked as PassIt Pro. The app shows the included features before purchase. In version 2.0, importing existing PKPass files and directly sharing pass files are among the PassIt Pro features. New operations using Pro features require a valid Pro entitlement. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete locally stored passes or separate copies in Apple Wallet.

5. Purchases, subscriptions and cancellation

The price, currency, billing period and any introductory offer are displayed in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before purchase. The terms confirmed at purchase apply. Payments are processed through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under the displayed conditions unless you cancel in time in your Apple subscription settings, where you can also see the next renewal. Deleting the app or a pass does not cancel a subscription. The restore function can check existing purchases using the associated Apple Account. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected; the notices displayed in Apple's purchase process also apply to the processing of App Store purchases.

6. Storage, sharing and support

Keep important original cards and evidence of your entitlements, and use appropriate device backups. Sharing sends the included data to the destination you choose. Deleting a pass from PassIt does not remove copies in Apple Wallet, backups or recipients' possession. For problems or questions, contact contact@mturban.de. 7. Warranty and liability

Statutory provisions govern defects and damages. These terms do not restrict statutory warranty, update or consumer rights. In particular, liability for injury to life, body or health and other mandatory liability claims is not excluded. Maintenance or technical problems may temporarily affect availability; this does not exclude statutory claims.
